General characteristics
An electrical cabinet is necessary to control the three-phased gear motor 220 V/ 400V of our conveyors. All of our cabinets are built with at least one emergency stop to disrupt the device from electrical energy and with a magneto thermal protection to protect the motors from overload, overheating or short circuits.

* A wide range of cabinets :
• Cabinet C1: one motor, one operating way. IP65
• Cabinet C2: frequency modulator box, IP65, with outside potentiometer, double way operating. Ensures the protection of the motor. The user may fully define the parameters, keyboard built-in: acceleration rail, deceleration, speed limit mini/maxi, …
• Cabinet C2VAR: Directly set on the conveyor, it allows the speed variation by a potentiometer, the inversion of the operating way as well as the adjustment of acceleration and deceleration.
• Cabinet C3: beige sheet metal box, IP65, programmable. Allows the control of 8 entrances and 4 exits. Variant possibility with relays replacing the programmation. Customization possible: Step by step operation, temporized,… we study with you the mechanism you want.
• Cabinet C3Var : beige sheet metal box, IP65, with frequency modulator inside the box. Prevent the speed variation by the user. You have to open the box to be able to change the speed variation.. Key lock: specification when ordering |
